These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by SEO Auditing Services LLC ("Company," "we," "us"). By accessing the Site or purchasing our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

We provide SEO audit services on a one-time or retainer basis. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are described on our pricing page and confirmed in your order confirmation.

2. Payment Terms

All payments are due in full upon order unless explicitly agreed otherwise (e.g., Net-30 for invoiced Enterprise clients). We accept major credit cards, ACH (US clients), and wire transfer. All prices are in US dollars.

3. Delivery

We commit to the delivery timeline specified in your order. If we miss a delivery deadline due to factors within our control, you may request a 10% discount on that engagement.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on every audit. If you are not satisfied with the deliverable, you may request a full refund within 7 days of delivery. Refund requests must be made in writing to hello@seoauditingservices.com.

5. Intellectual Property

You own the deliverable (PDF report, spreadsheet, video walkthrough) once payment is complete. You may share, modify, and use the deliverable internally and for client-facing purposes (in the case of white-label engagements). We retain ownership of our proprietary checklists, frameworks, and methodologies.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information, site data, and findings as confidential. We will not share specifics of your engagement with any third party without your written consent. We will sign mutual NDAs at no charge upon request.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

8. No Guarantee of Rankings

SEO involves third-party algorithms (Google, Bing) that we do not control. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic increases, or revenue improvements. Our audits identify opportunities and provide expert recommendations; outcomes depend on implementation and external factors.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to: auditing sites you do not own or have authorization to audit, conducting competitive intelligence on sites without permission, or attempting to reverse-engineer our methodologies.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a recurring services agreement with 30 days written notice. Single-purchase audits are non-cancellable once work has begun but remain subject to our refund policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Fairfax County, Virginia.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active clients and prominently posted on this page. Continued use of our Services after notice constitutes acceptance.
